14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Order Cancellations
